Dr. Ayo received his residency training at Providence Hospital/George Washington University at Washington DC. Furthermore he specialized in pulmonary and critical care from the world renowned Mayo clinic in Rochester, MN. Prior to his fellowship, he was a researcher in pulmonary medicine at Vanderbilt university, Nashville, TN and the national Jewish health center, in Denver,CO the top-ranked respiratory center in the world.
In addition to this training in these highly recognized institutions, Dr. Ayo has excellent bedside manner. He strongly believes in individualized care and is not afraid to give enough time to each of his patients. He demonstrates special interest in treating airway diseases(Asthma, COPD, Bronchiectasis, Chronic Bronchitis) and parenchymal lung diseases (Pulmonary Fibrosis, Sarcoidosis and Asbestosis)
Dr. Ayo’s practice is anchored in his belief that everyone is created by almighty God and deserves the best care possible.
Dr. Ayo gives back to the community by providing pro bono healthcare services through churches. He and his family actively serve the Lord in their local church.
